Leg het gekruide varkensvlees op de indirecte kant van de kamadogrill. Sluit het deksel en laat het enkele uren roken, waarbij u een constante temperatuur aanhoudt. Plan ongeveer 1,5 tot 2 uur per pond varkensvlees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Als je het kookproces wilt versnellen, kun je het varkensvlees in folie wikkelen als het een interne temperatuur van ongeveer 71\u00b0C heeft bereikt.
